I had the pleasure of embarking on another academic adventure at the Faculty of Drilling, Oil and Gas at AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, beginning studies in the specialized postgraduate program “Hydrogen and Biomethane – Acquisition, Transport and Utilization. Energy Transformation.”
Together with the H2FAST team, we became finalists in this year’s edition of EU TalentOn 2024. Over five days of intense competition, we worked on an innovative hydrogen installation project, also winning the Audience Award.
I had the pleasure of participating in the “Student – Citizen. Voter Turnout Initiatives for the 2024 European Parliament Elections” project, which was a unique opportunity for direct engagement of academic youth in the democratic process and promoting civic activity. By combining theory with practical action, participants gained the chance for personal development and a real impact on increasing voter turnout.
Two days after the European Parliament elections, I participated in the European Sustainable Energy Week 2024 in Brussels. It was a unique opportunity for me to deepen my knowledge about the climate and energy challenges facing Poland and the European Union.
I had the honor of participating in the European Youth Week in Brussels, representing the Wrocław University of Economics and Business. Together with Aleksandra Szlachcic and Paulina Graczyk, we took part in debates and workshops focused on mobility, transport, and climate.
I had the pleasure of participating as an expert in a debate on the hydrogen revolution in transport, held at the European House in Wrocław. Together with other specialists, we discussed the future of hydrogen-powered transport and its impact on Polish cities and municipalities.
Excitement, pride, and joy — these words best describe my feelings while moderating the debate titled “Yes! We’re 20 Years in the EU: Is Poland Ready for the Next Challenges?”. The event took place at the Wrocław University of Economics and Business, where, as a member of the Team Europe Direct Poland Experts Network at the European Commission Representation in Poland, I had the honor of leading the discussion.
“Jeżech na wodōr!” (Silesian: I’m on hydrogen!) – this slogan perfectly summarizes the Regional Energy Forum of the Silesian Voivodeship organized by the Office of the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship.
The hydrogen revolution requires cross-border cooperation, examples of which and the importance of which I was able to learn at the 15th Polish-Saxon Economic Forum in Dresden (October 25-26). What an amazing event it was!
