International Doctoral Seminar entitled “Sustainability in economics and management” at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business was an amazing opportunity to deliver a lecture entitled “Chinese energy transition towards power generation from renewable energy sources in the years 2000 – 2019”.

The event allowed me to present the results of the research conducted so far, with particular emphasis on the review and evaluation of individual policies that have shaped the process of energy transition in the PRC. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to take an active part in this international doctoral seminar, as well as for any comments and suggestions I have received from other participants and organizers of this unique event.
